Terms of Use

Sponeach · Last updated: September 2026

1. The service

Sponeach is software that helps creators maintain an account and profile; publish a public My Page; receive structured campaign briefs; manage Inbox, conversations, Deals, quotes/proposals, Earnings records, and brand relationships; and optionally subscribe to Creator Pro.

Sponeach is not a marketplace or opportunity feed; not an agency, talent manager, or employer; not a party to the creator–brand commercial contract unless a separate written agreement says so; not escrow, payment collection, or payment verification for brand campaign fees; and not an automated negotiator or auto-send follow-up mailer.

Creator–brand campaign money is arranged off-platform. Creator Pro billing is a separate software subscription. Details live in Creator Pro Subscription Terms below and in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. Sponeach is intended for creator business use. The operator’s published minimum age will appear here when confirmed.

Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Signup requires agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, spam brands or creators, attempt to bypass security, or violate law.

3. Creator responsibilities

  • keep public My Page content truthful (audience, pricing signals, testimonials, packages);
  • review briefs yourself — lead-quality scores are aids, not warranties of brand legitimacy;
  • use quotes, negotiations, and close/won actions accurately for your records;
  • record Collections payment status only if you choose to, knowing it is your entry, not a bank confirmation;
  • comply with applicable advertising, tax, and contract law for your sponsorships (your tax obligations are yours, not Sponeach’s product).

4. Brand / inquiry responsibilities

Brand contacts submitting briefs must provide accurate contact details and must not submit spam, impersonate others, or use the form for unlawful purposes. Submitting a brief does not create a Sponeach account for the brand.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service for unlawful content, fraud, harassment, or IP infringement;
  • scrape or attack the service, bypass rate limits, or probe other accounts;
  • submit spam inquiries or fake brand identities;
  • misrepresent audience metrics or pricing on My Page;
  • present Creator Pro outputs as a representation that Sponeach “knows the market rate” or guarantees outcomes.

6. User-generated content and licence

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile, My Page, packages, messages, quotes, media you upload), subject to others’ rights. Brands retain ownership of inquiry content they submit, subject to the same operational needs.

You grant the operator of Sponeach a limited licence to host, store, display, transmit, and email that content only as needed to operate Sponeach — including showing a published My Page to the public and emailing quotes/status as part of the requested workflow.

Sponeach does not claim ownership of creator profiles, packages, testimonials, inquiries, or deal content. Sponeach’s software, trademarks, and product copy remain the operator’s (or licensors’).

7. Public My Page

Only a published My Page accepts campaign briefs. Saving drafts does not publish. You may pause or unpublish so new briefs stop. Public content may include the documented public profile and media-kit information. Private commercial workspace data is not part of the public page. Do not publish others’ personal data without a lawful basis.

8. Quotes, proposals, and commercial decisions

Quotes/proposals are your commercial offers. Version history is stored so you (and Creator Pro features) can see how an offer changed. Closing a deal as won updates Earnings and related records because you marked it closed. Sponeach does not confirm that the brand paid.

Creator Pro guidance is advisory decision support. You remain solely responsible for prices you send and contracts you accept.

9. Collections and off-platform payments

Collections Clarity lets you record unpaid / partial / paid status, amounts, and due dates. Sponeach does not collect, escrow, guarantee, or bank-verify brand payments. Sponsorship and campaign payments between creators and brands remain off-platform and are governed by those parties.

10. Third-party services

Sponeach relies on infrastructure and service providers including Supabase, Vercel (and Speed Insights), Resend, Razorpay, Cloudflare Turnstile (when configured), Google OAuth (when used), and Sentry (when configured). Their own terms may also apply to the parts they provide. See the Privacy Notice.

11. Creator Pro Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply when you start or manage Creator Pro. They supplement the rest of these Terms of Use.

11.1 What Creator Pro is

Creator Pro is an optional paid (or granted) layer on the Free creator workspace. Product capabilities include Quote Intelligence, Personal Deal Economics Memory (your successful closes), Negotiation Path Memory (your quote version path), Follow-through Assist (suggested next step / copy — you send it), Collections Clarity (creator-recorded payment status), and Commercial Insights (from your deals).

Free core remains if you cancel or if paid access ends: Profile, My Page, inquiries, Inbox, basic quotes, Deals, Earnings, and related Free features. Creator Pro does not collect brand campaign payments or auto-send negotiation emails.

11.2 Price and billing

The applicable subscription price and currency are those displayed at checkout and on Account → Billing. Configuration may change for new subscriptions. The app does not itemise GST; tax treatment is an owner/counsel matter outside this product surface.

11.3 How you subscribe

You must be signed in. Checkout starts from Pricing or Account billing. When Razorpay keys are configured, Razorpay Checkout opens. Creator Pro is not activated merely because a browser modal closes; activation follows verified provider confirmation (webhooks). Local sandbox simulation without provider keys is for testing only and is not a real charge.

11.4 Payment provider

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Sponeach does not store full card numbers. Razorpay’s terms also apply to the payment. Recurring debit mechanics (for example mandates) follow Razorpay / applicable payment rails.

11.5 Free, paid, and granted access

Access may be Free, paid (Razorpay-backed subscription), or founding/comped grant access where issued. Paid access follows the subscription status recorded in the product (including cancel-at-period-end and past-due behaviour until the current period end where implemented). Founding/comped grants are not treated as paid revenue in the product.

11.6 Renewal and cancellation

Creator Pro is a recurring subscription for the plan interval shown by the provider. Paying customers can Cancel Creator Pro in Account billing. Cancellation is at the end of the current billing period: you keep Pro until the date shown as access ending. A scheduled cancellation can’t be reversed with the payment provider; to continue after access ends, subscribe again at the then-current Creator Pro price. After access ends, the workspace stays on Free; canceling Pro does not wipe your inquiries or My Page.

11.7 Failed payment and expiry

If payment fails or the subscription is past due, halted, canceled, or expired, Pro access follows the product’s entitlement rules. There is no separate in-app “retry card” flow beyond the payment provider’s own behaviour. Contact support if you need help.

11.8 Receipts

Account billing may list billing events and payment references when present. This is not a GST tax-invoice product. Razorpay may email payment receipts.

11.9 Refunds

There is no automatic refund in the Sponeach application. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, reverse the current period charge. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Additional refund outcomes (if any) are an owner policy decision and are not silently invented here.

11.10 Price changes

The operator may change the advertised Creator Pro price for new checkouts and for creators who re-subscribe after canceling. Eligible Founding Creator subscribers who remain on an active paid Creator Pro subscription keep the founding price shown at signup (currently ₹199/month, or the founding amount then displayed) for that continuous subscription, subject to Razorpay / applicable billing-provider rules and these Subscription Terms. Canceling ends that founding lock: if you subscribe again later, the then-current Creator Pro price applies. Future price changes do not retroactively change an active founding subscription price except where required by law or the payment provider. We do not promise Creator Pro features or any price indefinitely after cancellation or for non-founding checkouts.

11.11 Account deletion and billing

Deleting the account (Dashboard → Security) first attempts to immediately cancel an active or canceling Razorpay subscription where applicable. If that provider cancellation fails, the account is not deleted. Founding/free/expired states do not require a provider cancellation for deletion.

12. No guarantees; advisory tools

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we do not guarantee sponsorships, revenue, conversion, or better prices;
  • we do not guarantee brand legitimacy or payment;
  • advisory pricing, follow-through, and insights are not professional financial, legal, or tax advice;
  • third-party sites linked from My Page or briefs are not under our control.

13. Availability

The service is provided as is. Features may be added, changed, or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, email deliverability, or that a brand will respond.

14. Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment of Creator Pro (per Subscription Terms), or legal risk. You may delete your account as described in the Privacy Notice and section 11.11.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Sponeach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost sponsorships, or lost revenue arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer or other non-excludable rights, if any, are not excluded.

16. Governing law and disputes

Governing law and dispute venue are owner/counsel decisions and will be published here when confirmed. Until then, contact us with questions about these Terms.

17. Contact

Email founder.sponeach@gmail.com or use our Contact page.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated “last updated” date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires additional consent.
