Creator Pro subscription · Sponeach · Last updated: September 2026
This policy covers the Sponeach Creator Pro software subscription billed through Razorpay.
It does not cover money that brands pay creators for campaigns. Those payments are off-platform. Sponeach cannot refund a brand–creator campaign fee because Sponeach never collects it.
Paying Creator Pro subscribers can cancel in Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Creator Pro.
There is no in-product control that cancels immediately and removes Pro the same day for a normal customer cancel. Some payment methods (for example certain UPI mandates) may also be cancelled in the customer’s banking / UPI app; that can stop future charges, and Sponeach entitlement then follows provider status updates.
Founding or comped Pro has no customer cancel-charge flow because there is no charge.
Sponeach does not activate Pro from the checkout browser handler alone; provider confirmation (webhooks) is used. Creator Pro renews on the subscription interval configured with the provider.
If payment is past due, access may continue until the current period end depending on entitlement rules, and may end if payment is not resolved. Canceled, expired, and halted states do not include Pro.
The Sponeach application has no refund button and no automated refund API. Cancelling stops future renewals. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period, and the product does not perform automatic prorated refunds.
Whether unused time, duplicate charges, or other scenarios receive a refund is an owner policy decision that is not silently invented in this page. Until that decision is published by the operator:
If you cancel, we stop future renewals and you keep Creator Pro until the end of the current paid period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us from your account email and include the payment reference shown on Billing. We will review. Approved refunds, if any, are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method.
Sponeach is a digital software service. There is no physical shipment.
Deleting the account is a separate control (Dashboard → Security). If a paid Razorpay subscription is still active or canceling, deletion first attempts to immediately cancel that subscription with the provider. If provider cancellation fails, the account is not deleted and you can retry.
Email founder.sponeach@gmail.com or use our Contact page.
Include your account email and, if relevant, the payment id from Billing.
